1. Introduction

Welcome to bdokp. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bdokp ("bdokp", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdokp website located at https://bdokp.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming products offered on the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the bdokp platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdokp service.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended and all funds held within such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bdokp is operated for and marketed to players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting and gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. bdokp makes no representation that the service is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a bdokp account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid payment method. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and operate only one bdokp account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited. bdokp reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or balances associated with them.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdokp username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdokp will never contact you to request your password. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be attributed to you, and bdokp accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of its commitment to security and compliance, bdokp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bdokp account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. bdokp also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that are inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable regulations regarding unclaimed balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdokp currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, City Bank transfers, BRAC Bank transfers, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdokp does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed within the bdokp account portal at the time of transaction. bdokp reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once verification is complete, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the payment method selected. bdokp is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider or the player's bank. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit wherever technically possible.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on bdokp are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the symbol ৳. bdokp does not apply currency conversion charges to player transactions processed in BDT.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bdokp are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the bdokp platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game or event rules, the specific rules will prevail for that event or game.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

bdokp reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on events affected by technical errors, or bets placed in violation of these Terms. A bet is not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from the bdokp system.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, bdokp reserves the right to void all affected bets. bdokp shall not be liable for any loss resulting from reliance on erroneous information displayed due to a technical malfunction.

5.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket fixtures. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at bdokp's discretion. Bets already accepted before suspension will stand unless affected by a system error.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional credits offered by bdokp are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotional page and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. bdokp reserves the right to withhold withdrawals where wagering requirements have not been met.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions

Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or engaging in any other form of promotional abuse will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended. bdokp's decision on promotional abuse matters is final.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

bdokp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have validly accepted an offer before its modification or withdrawal.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdokp is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. 8. Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, free bets, or other advantages not legitimately earned.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to bdokp at any time.
• Attempting to access another player's account or bdokp's internal systems without authorisation.
• Using the bdokp platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised in writing by bdokp.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdokp platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of bdokp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from bdokp without prior written permission from bdokp or the relevant rights holder.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdokp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bdokp platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bdokp does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond bdokp's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. bdokp will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

bdokp's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

bdokp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using bdokp, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdokp employs 128-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security practices to protect your personal and financial information.

12. Amendments & Termination

bdokp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdokp will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of bdokp following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

bdokp may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at bdokp's reasonable discretion. Upon termination, any balance remaining in a verified account that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. bdokp makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use outside Bangladesh, and access from other jurisdictions is at the user's own risk and subject to local laws.
